Vintners Reserve 4 to 5 week wine kits produce wines of superior character and distinction.

 

Barolo Style (0)

The style that is the undisputed "king" of Piedmont, in north-western Italy.  Barolo is world famous for its size and complexity, with strong tannins and a luxurious rich texture.  Barolo's earthy, chocolaty flavours blend with a generous oak contribution.

Bergamais (0)

This supple, fruity and delicate red "nouveau style" wine is typically consumed young and is at its best when served slightly chilled.  To be enjoyed on any occasion.

Blush (1)

A stunning contribution to this particularly light, refreshing and delicious blush wine.  Finishes slightly drier than the White Zinfandel.

Bordailles Rouge (0)

Rich Bordeaux-style wine with a strong, full flavour and a light aroma of blackcurrants.  Also develops a light, woody bouquet.  A balance of flavour and aroma from a blend of several California grapes and the ever-popular Cabernet Sauvignon base.

Bourgeron Rouge (0)

A popular blend in the Burgundy style, which produces an exquisite, well-balanced, aromatic red wine that is well-rounded and robust.  May be consumed young, but ages well, too.

Cabernet Sauvignon (0)

Merlot (0)

Characteristically deep in colour with black cherry and berry aromas.  The full fruit intensity of this wine has made it an increasingly popular varietal worldwide.  Perfect with lamb, red meats and spicy tomato sauce dishes.

Pinot Noir (0)

This very popular grape produces a wine with very fruity, yet spicy characteristics.  Pinot Noir has a velvety flavour that is met with a fullness of aroma resembling black currants.  Ageing uncovers further complexity.

Ruby Cabernet (0)

A University of California-Davis cross of Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignane.  Deep colour and full flavour makes this a great table wine for all occasions.

Shiraz (0)

Australia's own "big red" entry on the world stage, Shiraz boasts an incredible concentrated blend of blackberry fruit, spice and chocolate, all within a firm structure that keeps it together beautifully.  A stunning mouth-filling, dark and delicious treat.

Val-de-Grāce (0)

Bordeaux-style red -- full and deep -- but with a distinctively earthy quality and a softer, fleshy texture.  The blend of oak enhances these qualities for a balanced, versatile red that matches with a host of foods. 

Valpolicella Style (0)

Ruby red colour with a delicate bouquet and a rich, mouth-filling texture.  This wine has a pleasureful taste that is sure to be enjoyed by all.

Vieux Chāteau du roi (0)

Full-bodied, yet soft and quick to mature.  Contains oak to enhance its fine aromatic quality.  A terrific wine to serve with red meat dishes.

White Zinfandel (2-3)

This uniquely Californian treat is a pleasure to savour fully chilled.  It bursts with sweet plum flavours and a refreshing, flavourful finish.
